A series of spring themed collages made using an old Better Homes and Gardens gardening reference book, and other vintage materials. It is another experiment using folded paper as a design element, and works as a great contrast to the green background.

A sophisticated collage series about mental illness, specifically from the view of the loved ones of sufferers. A challenging personal project, a topic I wanted to handle "delicately," which is what inspired the paper folds.

This mixed media collage series was inspired by a pair of scrapbooks found at the St. Lawrence antique market filled with newspaper clippings of Queen Elizabeth and her family during the 1950's and 60's.

A post card series using small scraps of paper and partial quotes from vintage books. They are all about creating a sentimental feeling or thought for the viewer with very little already implied.

These were inspired by a book I picked up called "Gardening" from 1926, which was handbound by some individual. Inside, I used the eight colour plates of florals to create a small series of eight collages. The idea came from the book "language of flowers" which was one of my favourites.

Altered collage book (originally a book about influenzas for children) turned moustache reference book. Just a silly little creation showing I haven't lost my sense of humour. Descriptive words were drawn from a thesaurus in an aim to describe the "look" of the moustache.
